1. Iftiraq is the severest form of ikhtilaf; in fact it is [one of] the consequences of ikhtilaf. This is because sometimes ikhtilafmay reach the level of ikhtilafand sometimes it may not, hence iftiraq is ikhtilaf and something extra.
